As a Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Data Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the purchasing and supply processes within the Logistics and Procurement team at Netceed Poland. You will work with reports and analyze data. You will also participate in process optimization projects through the implementation and use of modern tools (AI, BI).

Tasks
  • Managing the procurement process: cooperation with suppliers; negotiating delivery terms; selecting offers; cooperating with internal departments regarding delivery conditions; handling formal aspects (price lists/contracts)
  • Supporting the supply planning proces
  • Data analysis, creating reports and performance indicators
  • Taking initiative in process and tool optimization, particularly with the use of modern AI and BI technologies
  • Providing administrative support for the warehouse
Profile
  • Strong communication skills (in Polish and English)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good work organization and independence
  • Interest and willingness to grow in procurement/Logistics
  • Openness and interest in modern tools (AI agents, Business Intelligence)
  • Fast learning ability
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
  • University degree (or in progress) in a related field
