The Team

There is a great opportunity to join our Structural Engineering Team in Cundall Poland Warsaw office. We are looking for structural engineers who are passionate about creative design and structural analysis, complex structures and the challenges that come with them.

You will be based in our multidisciplinary Warsaw office and will be working with us on the design of some of the most exciting and prestigious projects in Poland and internationally.

The Role

As part of our team, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will be an important part of delivering projects including the preparation of structural analysis models, structural calculations, sketches and specifications. This will involve all common structural materials, less ordinary and experimental ones, and use of appropriate software.

You will work across a variety of sectors and will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills continue to develop, and as you work and are supported beyond Chartership.

The Skills
  • BEng or MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering or related.
  • You've been working in a similar role previously and have the proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You will have understanding of structural analysis, finite element modelling and structural design.
  • You will need to communicate both orally and written in Polish and English therefore a good understanding of both languages is a mandatory requirement.
  • You'll be familiar with at least one of the following structural analysis software: Autodesk Robot or Tekla Structural Designer.
  • You are organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities, you strive to meet deadlines and have a close appreciation of the commercial factors which affect design solutions.
