Junior and Senior Structural Engineers
to join our Technical Support Team. In this role, you'll support our clients, solve engineering challenges, and help shape the future of structural design technologies.

This is more than a support role – it's an opportunity to:

    structural mechanics and FEM

    prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, and steel structures
  • Engage with clients across exciting infrastructure projects

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and solutions via the
    MIDAS Help Desk
  • Meet with clients, understand their needs, and deliver practical engineering guidance
  • Validate new features & bug fixes through testing and analysis
  • Create
    training materials, technical blogs, and knowledge-sharing content

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in
    Civil / Structural Engineering
    (Bachelor's or higher)
  • 2+ years
    of relevant experience in structural design or analysis
  • Knowledge of
    structural mechanics, FEM, RCC, PSC, steel structures
  • Strong English communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent
    time management, prioritization, and teamwork
  • A
    customer-first mindset
    with curiosity and eagerness to learn
