The Network Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure. This includes ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems to support business operations. The role requires expertise in server management, network architecture, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Primary responsibility to manage Network Data but it will be preferred if the candidate can also Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
• Collaborate with ISPs and vendors to ensure reliable internet connectivity.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce Network procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis.

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP

Project Management:

• Plan and execute server and network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage budgets and timelines for infrastructure projects.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in network administration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Work Environment:

• On-site work model depending on organizational requirements.
• May require after-hours support during emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
• Collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and external service providers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Network latency and reliability.
• Incident response and resolution times.
