Job Title: Finance AnalystGrade: 9

Work shift: 9 am - 5 pm

Location: Warsaw, Poland

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. This role combines analytical skills with hands-on execution of key finance processes, including cash application, bank account verification, and collaboration with internal teams. You will also play a critical role in audit preparation, compliance activities, and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate cash application of incoming payments and ensure timely allocation to customer accounts.
  • Verify bank account details to guarantee secure and compliant transactions.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team and other internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze payment trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with financial procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (other languages are a strong advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business analytics, finance or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High sense of accountability, customer focus, and goal orientation.
  • Previous experience in finance operations within a multinational environment is a plus.
