Requirements:
  • experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles,
  • deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability principles,
  • proven experience in incident management, performance tuning, and reliability engineering,
  • hands-on expertise with automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD),
  • strong knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar),
  • solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),
  • strong grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls),
  • excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
Responsibilities:
  • lead initiatives focused on improving reliability, scalability, and performance across complex, high-availability production environments,
  • design and implement comprehensive observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and APM platforms,
  • define and manage SLI/SLO/SLA metrics to measure and enhance system reliability,
  • oversee incident response, conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA), and drive preventive measures to minimize downtime,
  • automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and ArgoCD,
  • partner with development teams to optimize application performance, cost efficiency, and resilience,
  • provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers within the SRE team,
  • manage and secure multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring best practices in configuration, monitoring, and compliance,
  • troubleshoot complex networking and system issues (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls) to maintain operational excellence.
