We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
HR Business Partner Eastern Europe
to join an international company in the medical devices sector. This position will support the EEMEA region, with a particular focus on Central & Eastern Europe, covering operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating recruitment processes, as well as managing the onboarding of new employees.
  • Identifying competency gaps and implementing development programs for teams and leaders.
  • Collaborating with management on succession planning and the development of key talent.
  • Supporting performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and the implementation of development plans.
  • Advising managers and employees on career paths and professional growth.
  • Designing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Supporting team management and resolving people-related challenges.
  • Co-creating and implementing consistent HR practices across the region.
  • Maintaining the quality of HR data and providing analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention, change management, mentoring and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws in Eastern Europe.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, translate strategy into execution, and drive results.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish is a must.
  • Communication and active listening and ability to understand different perspectives;
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (including occasional week-long business trips).
