WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Gain hands-on experience as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and processes across the EMEA region.

  • Build knowledge of supply chain, financial policies, and operational frameworks while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop expertise in ERP systems like Oracle and data analysis tools by processing and auditing transactions.

  • Contribute to key customer-facing initiatives, training, and communications that enhance the customer experience.

  • Learn how forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management processes are administered and communicated regionally.

  • Drive improvements in customer-facing processes and services, with opportunities to suggest and implement innovative solutions.

  • Strengthen analytical, administrative, and stakeholder management skills through reporting and daily collaboration.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Fluency in English and an additional European language (any).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), Excel, or Power BI, and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused attitude.
