Brand & Marketing Lead (Sports / FMCG)

We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Lead to manage brand direction and marketing execution for SURPASS and SBR sports brands.

This role is not about performance ads or social media execution only.

It is about brand, market understanding and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • define brand and marketing priorities
  • guide digital marketing execution (social, content, influencers)
  • support sales with brand storytelling and materials
  • support marketplace communication (Amazon)
  • coordinate agencies on a strategic level
  • work directly with the CEO on brand and product direction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand / product / trade marketing
  • experience with physical products (FMCG, beauty, sport)
  • understanding of retail and ecommerce
  • ability to lead and guide junior specialists
  • hands-on and decision-oriented mindset
