We're looking for a
hands-on, organised, and creative Events Marketing Executive
to join our
Brand Strategy & Events Team
— a talented group responsible for delivering Profitroom's global event presence.

In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of
our own flagship events
— like the
Hotel Marketing Conference
and
Profitroom on Tour
— as well as
external trade shows and conferences
across
Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa
.

You'll work closely with the Event Marketing Lead and Director of Brand Marketing & Events to ensure every activation is flawlessly executed, on-brand, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Daily activities:

  • Coordinate logistics
    for owned and external events – including venue research, vendor coordination, shipments, travel, and materials preparation.
  • Support the delivery
    of global industry events such as
    WTM London
    ,
    ITB Berlin
    ,
    Arabian Travel Market
    , and others.
  • Manage
    event registrations, invitations, and attendee lists
    , ensuring accurate data in HubSpot and reporting systems.
  • Prepare event assets
    – onsite branding, brochures, giveaways, presentations, demo materials, and social content briefs.
  • Collaborate with
    Sales, Customer Success, partners, and agencies
    to ensure smooth event setup, on-site delivery, and effective post-event follow-up.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting
    event performance (registrations, leads, MQLs, conversion) using HubSpot and GA4.
  • Support the
    budget process
    through collecting quotes, preparing POs, and reconciling invoices.
  • Maintain and improve
    event processes
    ,
    checklists
    , and
    templates
    , while contributing ideas for
    engagement, hybrid formats, and AI-driven enhancements
    .
  • Travel internationally
    several times a year to support on-site delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in event marketing, trade fairs, or conference organisation (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong
    strategic thinking
    and planning skills, with the ability to
    prioritise multiple projects
    , manage deadlines, and understand how events contribute to broader brand and campaign goals.
  • Proven experience in
    event logistics
    ,
    vendor coordination, lead capture tools
    , and
    budget management
    (from quotes to invoice reconciliation).
  • Process- and
    data-oriented
    mindset, with confidence in
    reporting
    , measuring results, improving workflows, and leveraging automation.
  • Creative and proactive
    , with the ability to contribute ideas, take initiative, and enhance attendee engagement through
    innovative formats
    and
    AI tools
    .
  • Collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication in
    English
    , and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to
    travel internationally
    and represent Profitroom with professionalism and energy.
