SENIOR TERRITORY MANAGER EndoMech & Energy (Surgery)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Purpose:

In that role you will be responsible for growing and development of surgery products & digital solutions with JnJ MedTech EndoMech & Energy portfolio to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, operating room teams, hospital procurement, and clinical and non-clinical departments. You'll combine clinical excellence with strategic account management to deliver value, improve patient outcomes, and meet or exceed sales targets. This is a field-based leadership role that requires clinical credibility, business acumen, and a passion for cooperation with healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the stapling and energy device portfolio across territory.
  • Develop and execute a robust territory plan, prioritizing high-potential accounts, strategic partnerships with hospitals, and performance metrics.
  • Focus on the highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business, including taking competitor share and the adoption of new launching technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.
  • Leading and developing accounts and be responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.
  • Developing key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J&J MedTech portfolio.
  • Daily visits and meetings with customers on OR and with non-clinical customers to provide sales & products promotion, presentations, differentiation.
  • Initiate contacts with new customers as well make regular visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Identifies customer needs, recommends new products and services to address solutions in dedicated accounts.
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required. Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches introductions.
  • Driving internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Collaborates with other departments internally to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies for Wound Closure surgery market.
  • This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of field-based medical device or surgical sales experience, preferably with stapling devices and energy-based surgical technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market adoption in a healthcare environment
  • Influencing and business partnering skills – understand stakeholder requirements, ability to analyses requirements and develop strategies that drives the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Analytical skills & logical thinking
  • Solution oriented, ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market
  • Creativity and initiative supported by experience
  • High level of engagement and responsibility, resistance to stress and difficult situations, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced.
  • Very good knowledge of English, Polish language on native level
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Mobility (availability to travel frequently)
  • Driving license – category B
