Responsibilities:

Performing buying activities (RFP, Analysis, etc.);

Actively communicating with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met; 

Utilizing Ariba eSourcing application to execute bidding events (RFP, RFI, RFQ, or reverse auction);

Maintaining an awareness of changing market conditions; 

Performing periodic spend analysis to identify opportunities for local projects;

Supporting global projects;

Conducting periodic key stakeholder meetings with business partners to review local spend category strategy and activities; 

Leverage supply base opportunities across managed portfolio;

Managing, resolving and communicating on local quality and service issues;

Prioritizing requests and activities so as to deliver in a timely manner;

Perform all necessary procurement operations activities - order processing, vendor creation and technical issue resolution;

Special projects (as appropriate);

Achieve Business Simplification.

Basic qualifications:

A University Degree;

Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Procurement;

English fluency is a must;

Experience in international projects;

 SAP experience is desired.

Expected skills and abilities:

Strong negotiation skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving;

Strong time management skills;

Proven track record in delivering cost savings and process improvements;

Analytical skills.
