Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Validation Engineer to drive validation strategy and execution across advanced AI systems and data pipelines. This position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of complex applications while guiding a team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a validation team, providing technical direction and oversight
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing across AI applications and data pipelines
• Identify, document, and analyze defects, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and resolve issues
• Integrate profiling tools into testing workflows to optimize performance and reliability
• Manage and maintain test frameworks to support automation and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automated and manual testing processes, and defect management practices
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience working in Linux environments, with debugging tools and profiling techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven experience in a senior or lead role within validation or QA engineering
