Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Validation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of advanced data ingestion pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application deployments. This role is critical to guaranteeing that our AI systems meet rigorous performance and regulatory standards, while driving innovation in validation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop validation strategies: Design comprehensive validation master plans and test strategies covering the full RAG system lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Pipeline and database validation: Execute performance qualification for data pipelines (batch and streaming), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone), and RAG application components.
• Data quality assurance: Validate ingestion processes to ensure accurate collection, transformation, and loading of data, including schema validation, error handling, and quality checks.
• Application testing: Conduct functional and non-functional testing of RAG applications, focusing on retrieval workflows, prompt engineering, embedding strategies, and response accuracy.
• Documentation and compliance: Maintain detailed records of validation activities, test results, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product managers to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in Polish, with the ability to work effectively on Polish LLM projects.
• Proven experience as a Validation or QA Engineer, ideally in data quality or testing within regulated or high-tech environments.
• Strong technical skills, including:
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data tasks
• Experience with data orchestration tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding techniques for RAG systems
• Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML testing frameworks and automation tools.
