As an
AI Engineer
, you'll build and deploy AI-powered solutions that automate and optimize financial workflows in a regulated fintech environment. This is a hands on, impact driven role working on real production systems from AI models to autonomous agents collaborating with a distributed team to ship scalable, secure AI.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and deploy AI models and intelligent agents in production.
Develop autonomous AI agents for document processing, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
Apply advanced prompt engineering to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant AI outputs.
Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously optimize model and agent performance.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.
Contribute to AI architecture decisions and best practices.
What You Bring
Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML models (NLP, LLMs, AI agents).
Hands on experience with prompt engineering in real world applications.
Experience automating complex workflows, ideally in regulated or high compliance environments.
Proficiency in Java.
Experience using LangChain or LangChain4
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly in distributed teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Python.
Background building stateful AI agents or agent orchestration systems.
Fintech, compliance, or enterprise software experience.
