Job Description:

Location and Work Mode: hybrid from Gdańsk

Type of contract: CoE

Role & Responsibilities:

• Run and optimise the RAG pipeline using Polish language models.
• Benchmark system accuracy using available scripts and propose improvements.
• Implement and validate improvements in data ingestion, chunking, and multimodal pipeline functionality.
• Integrate audio/video support (e.g., Whisper), enhance metadata extraction, and improve table/image extraction.
• Develop and maintain scripts for benchmarking GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT).
• Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience with embedding models and techniques.
• Benchmark GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT).
• Expertise in multi-modal extraction technologies (OCR, audio/video processing, table extraction, multimodal document processing).
• Polish speakers capable of working with Polish LLM.
