Sales Manager
to drive growth in the North/West region.

Your role

As a Sales Manager, you will be the key contact for existing and prospective clients, helping to develop and expand our business in the region. This is a field-based role suited to a proactive and results-driven professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets by identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities
  • Take ownership of turnover and profitability for assigned accounts and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, product updates, and market insights
  • Manage projects comprehensively from initial contact to final delivery
  • Collaborate with regional managers, the country manager, and the sales team on territory planning and execution
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as required

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Experience in the lighting industry or related segments is a plus
  • Familiarity with the specification channel: architects, interior designers, lighting designers, engineers, and end clients
  • Understanding of the lighting distribution structure and key players in the market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Driving license (Category B)
