For our client - an international company located in Warsaw we are looking for experienced

PMO Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects.
  • Improve alignment and collaboration between sales, product management, and other key business stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects focused on increasing customer engagement, improving lead management workflows, and raising conversion performance.
  • Use customer and market insights, analytics, and data tools to support more effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation systems, and digital tools.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting against key milestones.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO or project management within sales, marketing, or business development—ideally in a B2B, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred), lead management, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and sales/marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional commercial projects and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with international sales organizations and product management teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, transformation-oriented environment.
  • Background in project governance, Lean Marketing, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
  • Fluent English.
