HR Specialist Eastern Europe

Location
: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Warsaw office located at 48 Domaniewska Street (3 days from the office, 2 days from home).

The Opportunity
We are looking for an
HR Specialist for Eastern Europe
to join our team and support a variety of HR operations. This role offers the chance to work in an international environment, develop both soft and hard HR skills, and gain hands-on experience in areas such as reporting, employee administration, and HR projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling daily HR queries and providing first-line HR support.
• Manage HR administration, including personnel files, contracts, job changes, employee data updates, letters, and salary adjustments.
• Support payroll changes and controls, holiday accrual, and basic reporting.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
• Update HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support HR events, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in HR projects and policy updates, including local employee handbooks.
• Administer benefits and liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
• Provide support for audits and document management.

What You Will Bring

• Knowledge of HR processes and regulations related to personnel documentation.
• Good command of MS Office tools.
• Excellent Polish and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
