The Order Entry Intern is responsible for the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data in sales and distribution systems
  • Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
  • Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines

Qualifications

  • B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance (or in progress of diploma certification)
  • Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task
  • Ability to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness
  • Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented
  • Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
