We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Consultant with solid experience in Sales Cloud to join our in-house team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering Salesforce solutions that support our Commercial business, with a strong focus on sales pipeline management, hands-on configuration and custom development. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will support the implementation and evolution of our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our Commercial organization. You'll work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to analyse requirements, configure core Sales Cloud features, and ensure alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on role that combines functional understanding of sales processes with technical configuration and customization. You'll also contribute to data management, integration efforts, and continuous platform improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers to analyze business needs and design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure core Sales Cloud features including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, activities, and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports to support sales performance and decision-making
- Assess requirements to determine when configuration is sufficient versus when custom development is needed
- Support integrations with systems such as ERP and telephony platforms
- Maintain platform data integrity, manage releases, and oversee ongoing application health
- Work closely with other team members to continuously improve processes and user adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce
, with a focus on Sales Cloud in a commercial / B2B context - Strong understanding of
sales pipeline management processes
and best practices - Experience in
Salesforce configuration
: workflows, flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, etc. - Basic to intermediate understanding of Apex and Lightning components (LWC)
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Ability to
translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions and implementation plans - Strong communication skills in English; Polish is a plus
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to deliver high-quality business outcomes through technology
