We are part of the Bid & Solution team – a group of specialists involved in various sales-related activities, including bid management, sales operations, supporting client visits, maintaining sales materials, and collaborating with international teams.

Within this team, our focus as Marketing and Sales Enablement is to combine organizational support with creative input, helping maintain high standards in both content and presentation. With us, you'll have the opportunity to create presentations for some of the biggest global brands across all industries, design materials for client meetings, support top management in preparing presentations. You'll also work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and more.

• Providing deal-based marketing support by creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various sales-related contexts,
• Transforming raw data and text into clear, well-structured slides and ensuring visual and logical consistency across presentations.
• Designing other visual/marketing materials, depending on your current skills and/or the skills you wish to develop,
• Assisting the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams with tasks such as client visits, management workshops, and planning sales strategies.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
• Strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight, non-negotiable deadlines.

• Familiarity with other graphic design tools
• Good command of German is a plus
