Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Endpoint Protection Security function. This role bridges technical teams, security operations, and business stakeholders to ensure effective protection of endpoints across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, endpoint protection technologies, and business process design, and will be able to translate complex security requirements into actionable solutions.

As a Business Analyst in this area, you will manage and execute analysis activities for one or more projects, programmes, or value streams, potentially working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements related to endpoint protection, device hardening, malware prevention, and detection capabilities.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.

  • Analyze customer journeys and product functionality to support solution design.

  • Assist delivery teams with defining and evaluating solution options to recommend the most valuable approach.

  • Support deployment and configuration of endpoint protection platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trellix).

  • Participate in change management activities, including timeline planning and stakeholder engagement.

  • Provide administrative support in managing product roadmaps, writing epics, and managing product backlogs.

  • Support solution implementation, including readiness and piloting activities.

  • Collaborate in training and communication initiatives during change interventions.

  • Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and re-use.

  • Provide expertise in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and Agile engineering practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Disciplined Agile, SAFe).

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to cybersecurity and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.

  • Experience in business process modeling and documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity, IT operations, or infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR solutions, malware detection, and device hardening principles.

  • Knowledge of endpoint protection platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trellix).

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders beyond your immediate department.

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Other Requirements:

  • Experience in highly regulated, multinational environments.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.

  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, testing, and solution implementation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
