Our client is a leading global financial services organisation. They are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Krakow. This contract role offers a chance to drive significant business transformation projects. You will play a key part in shaping and delivering critical change initiatives.

Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be central to the organisation's change programmes. You will translate business needs into detailed solutions and manage their implementation. Your work will directly influence the operational effectiveness of this major banking group.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage business requirements processes.
  • Design detailed business solutions based on user needs.
  • Manage the traceability of requirements through to delivery.
  • Develop high-level business cases for investment.
  • Lead change implementation activities and business readiness.
  • Support process reengineering to improve efficiency.
  • Provide accurate impact assessments for change requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and transformation frameworks.
  • Understanding of large-scale financial services organisations.
  • Skills in change and implementation management techniques.
  • Experience developing business cases for change projects.
  • Proven ability to manage change in banking environments.
