Do Twoich Zadań Będzie Należeć

  • Coordinate the process of nomination, evaluation, and analysis of OTC/Rx product ideas in collaboration with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team in project evaluation, preparation of market analyses, and long-term sales forecasts.
  • Oversee the preparation of business cases and take responsibility for presenting them to the Management Board.
  • Collaborate with project teams and monitor the progress of projects within the portfolio.
  • Track market trends and initiate contacts with external experts.
  • Assist in implementing the product portfolio development strategy in line with the direction set by the Management Board.

Nasze Wymagania

  • Higher education – preferred fields: Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in areas such as Marketing, Business Development, or R&D.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Innovation and creativity.
  • Strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Accuracy, diligence, attention to detail, and assertiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, SharePoint) and pharmaceutical databases.
  • Good command of English.
