Join our global Tax Technology Data & Process team in Poznań, supporting the global Tax function by providing data-driven insights, developing solutions, and optimizing systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with tax teams to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making using BI tools and analytics.

As a Business Intelligence & Tax Systems Analyst, you will:

•    Assist in end-to-end BI initiatives, propose your own solutions, and influence enterprise-wide process improvements,

•    Design, support, and maintain tax-owned applications and analytical solutions, including regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),

•    Document business cases, data flows, system designs, processes, and create user-friendly training materials,

•    Assess project scope, risks, and obstacles, communicating challenges to ensure timely delivery,

•    Provide support for custom developed internal solutions and troubleshoot data or system issues,

•    Work both independently and in collaboration with global teams, departments, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions,

•    Develop and maintain clear documentation for BI processes, data governance standards, and system procedures,

•    Advise tax teams on data strategy, system usage, best practices, and deliver internal training sessions,

•    Champion the adoption of BI tools and help foster a data-driven culture across the Tax function,

•    Stay informed on BI trends, tools, and emerging technologies through webinars, events, and professional communities.

⦁    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS/CIS, Data/Computer Science or equivalent experience

•    5+ years of experience in custom solution development, BI, automation, or process optimization in a multinational or similarly complex environment,

•    Proven ability to drive efficiency through standardization, process design, and system improvements,

•    Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time zones,

•    Tax background not required – a strong willingness to learn user needs and business context is essential.

•    Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
Technical skills: 

•    Extract and utilize data from systems such as SAP ECC/S4, SAP RISE, BW, or OneStream to support reporting and process automation,

•    Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) to create reports, documentation, and visualizations that inform decision-making,

•    Build apps, automated workflows, and dashboards using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline processes,

•    Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes using Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools to ensure accurate and efficient data flows,

•    Apply data design principles, work with enterprise data models, and integrate systems through APIs,

•    Analyze data, automate processes, and integrate systems to improve operational efficiency,

•    Explore AI concepts and apply them to enhance business processes and solutions (nice-to-have).

•    Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and methods to improve processes and solutions,

•    Courage to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and propose best practices to enhance data and system workflows,

•    Work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and stakeholders,

•    Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, staying motivated to meet deadlines,

•    Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and create clear, actionable documentation,

•    Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordinate projects, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives,

•    Understand end-to-end financial data processes and their impact on systems and reporting (nice-to-have).
