As the Product Data Team Lead, you'll own the analytical agenda across Product, Infrastructure, and Payments. You'll lead a team of Product Data Analysts, set a high technical standard, and build a culture where data drives decisions instead of decorating them. You'll combine hands-on analytical depth with strong people leadership, helping product managers, designers, and engineers align around evidence, impact, and measurable outcomes.

If you want to:
  • Drive the product analytics strategy across multiple product areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities;
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a positive and productive environment through hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development;
  • Build end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements and data modelling to creating dashboards, insights, and decision-making frameworks;
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn ambiguous questions into actionable analytical outcomes;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and increase efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Establish and maintain standards for data quality, governance, documentation, and reproducibility within product analytics.

  • Proven experience of hands-on product analytics in SaaS, consumer apps, or digital products;
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and managing the performance of a team;
  • Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large-scale datasets;
  • Experience with modern data stack tools (DBT, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, Git);
  • Ability to translate product problems into clear analytical workstreams and guide stakeholders toward evidence-based decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, structured, and able to explain complexity without dilution.
