About the Role

We're seeking a
Coupa Platform Specialist
to ensure smooth operation and optimization of our Coupa environment in alignment with corporate procurement policies. The role focuses on maintaining system efficiency, enhancing process automation, and integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

You'll collaborate closely with
Procurement, Accounts Payable, Corporate Systems, and key stakeholders
to drive system improvements, reduce manual effort, and deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure
  Coupa P2P modules
  (Purchasing & Invoicing), including forms, catalogs, workflows, and approvals.
• Coordinate
  Coupa release management
  (3 per year), testing, and environment upgrades.
• Develop and maintain
  Process Automators, Punchouts, and integrations
  with SAP S/4 and other ERP systems.
• Lead
  UAT, regression, and integration testing
  across Test, QA, and Production environments.
• Support
  master data management
  , change management, and system documentation.
• Provide
  Level 2/3 application support
  , user training, and best-practice process guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years
  of hands-on Coupa configuration and support experience.
• Expertise in
  Coupa P2P, Integrations, and Release Management
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  processes.
• Experience with
  SAP S/4HANA or ECC
  (FI/MM modules preferred).
• Technical skills:
  JSON, XML, cXML, API, HTML, sFTP
  , and tools like
  Postman/Bruno
  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multiple
  Coupa environments (TEST, QA, PROD)
  .
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on automation and scalability.
