This job is all about:

• Leading and mentoring iOS developers, including planning their career development during one-on-one meetings.
• Making decisions related to mobile team development, structure and recruitment.
• Resolving conflicts and handling challenging situations effectively.
• Driving the delivery of high-quality iOS applications for outstanding local and global brands.
• Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high coding standards.
• Collaborating closely with other departments such as Project Management, Quality Assurance and Product Design.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other vendors.

We're looking for:

• At least 10 years of commercial experience in developing iOS applications with a proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
• Expert-level knowledge of Swift and a deep understanding of modern iOS frameworks, including SwiftUI.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVVM-C, TCA, Clean Architecture).
• Strong command of English, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for helping others grow.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic and long-term solutions.
