About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive with strong B2B sales experience to join a global media company that produces both print and digital publications for a highly specialized business audience.

You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from outreach and relationship-building to deal closure, invoicing, and repeat sales. This is a long-term opportunity to join a stable and growing organization with an international presence and a collaborative, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage full-cycle B2B sales targeting business decision-makers in a niche global market.


• Conduct outbound calls and emails, build long-term client relationships, and follow up consistently in a competitive environment.


• Manage all aspects of the sales process — from lead generation (leads provided) to contract finalization and renewals.


• Attend regular team meetings and collaborate directly with company leadership.


• Maintain accurate records in CRM (PipeDrive) and contribute to a professional and supportive sales environment.

About You

You are proactive, persuasive, and resilient — someone who thrives in a self-driven environment and enjoys consultative B2B sales. You know how to build trust with clients and are comfortable with long sales cycles and international communication.

Must-Haves:


• Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2 years at one company).


• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).


• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.


• Self-motivated and able to manage your own client list independently.


• Comfortable using video calls, email, and CRM tools.


• Stable home environment and reliable workspace setup.

Preferred Skills & Tools


• Experience selling in media, advertising, or publishing industries is a plus.


• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Microsoft 365, CallHippo, and PipeDrive CRM.
