We're hiring: Customer Program Manager

We're looking for a
Customer Program Manager
— a proven leader who can connect vision, strategy, and execution to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.


What you'll do:

  • Lead programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects that deliver end-to-end value to our customers.
  • Define program vision, strategy, and governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage program performance, financials, and profitability while maintaining high delivery quality.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, acting as the first point of escalation.
  • Oversee planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and communication across all workstreams.
  • Identify and manage risks, drive program-level change management, and ensure smooth transition to operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to identify new opportunities and support presales and renewals.
  • Engage with partners and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery and commercial alignment.
  • Contribute to Cisco's Program Management community by sharing lessons learned, best practices, and supporting strategic initiatives.


Scope & Complexity:

  • Typically responsible for one medium-sized, complex customer program involving multiple teams and dependencies.
  • May serve as Service Transition Lead during presales engagements.
  • Programs are of moderate to high complexity, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of experience in project/program management — ideally in IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale programs, manage financials, and drive results in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
