Your role

Are you interested in the investment fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment fund controls and NAV calculations? Are you detail-oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within the world of funds?

We're looking for a Fund Accounting – Senior Trade Capture & Corporate Actions Specialist to:

• Work hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly transaction-related processing connected with NAV calculations for Luxembourgish, Swiss, and Irish domiciled funds
• Process the following types of transactions: stock trades, futures, options, forwards, Transfer Agent activities, and many others
• Process various mandatory and voluntary corporate actions events
• Set up and maintain security of various instrument types such as equities, bonds, ETD & OTC derivatives
• Handle the most critical set of tasks for the entire NAV value chain

Your team

You'll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Wroclaw, Poland. Sector comprises over 100 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 6 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you'll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• proven experience in Fund Accounting related roles (4+ years)
• detailed understanding of financial markets instruments such as Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives
• demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement
• Excel skills at advanced level or higher would be an asset.
