340B Account Coordinator

PDMI is looking to add a 340B Account Coordinator to our team As a 340B Account Coordinator, you will work closely with 340B Account Managers to service new and existing clients within the 340B space by developing expertise in this particular line of business.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding and Program Setup: Assist with obtaining client data, reviewing implementation forms, setting up program access, and configuring reporting parameters.
• Data and Feed Management: Monitor, verify, and coordinate client data feeds, including SFTP setup and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Training and Support: Provide training to clients and pharmacies on proprietary reports and point-of-sale programs; act as backup support for Account Managers.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams, manage operations support requests, and participate in team/client meetings.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed client files, verify program eligibility, and ensure documentation for new client setups and HRSA requirements.
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: Handle claims resolution, address client inquiries, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Continuous Development and Cross-Training: Stay updated on 340B program education, support team absences, and assist in product enhancements.

Your Required Experience:

• Two-year Associate Degree, or comparable Pharmacy Tech experience/certification
• 340B University completion within 12-18 months subsequent to hire date
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
