Position: Make to Deliver (M2D) Solution Architect
Location: Poland (Hybrid)

About the Position

As Make to Deliver (M2D) Solution Architect at Flora Food Group, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our global Supply Chain IT landscape. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to influence initiatives, innovations, and continuous improvements across our Make and Deliver processes — enabling efficient, integrated, and scalable operations in more than 90 markets.

You'll partner closely with global business teams, IT leadership, and Supply Chain stakeholders to design, govern, and evolve IT solutions that support manufacturing and distribution excellence. This is a highly visible role requiring both technical depth and strategic collaboration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Solution Ownership

• Drive IT business partnering with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders across the Make to Deliver domain.
• Lead end-to-end functional solution ownership for manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Ensure alignment between IT systems and business processes while maximising leverage of existing technology investments.
• Define, maintain, and communicate the Make to Deliver technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Review and validate business requirements, promoting standardisation and minimising technical debt.
• Oversee partner solution design, ensuring adherence to Flora Food Group standards and SAP best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and enforce adherence to technical and integration standards.

Demand Management

• Review and assess all new IT demand within the Make to Deliver area.
• Challenge and refine requirements to align with best practices and global standards.
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, Process Owners, and IT Partners to manage demand backlogs, validate specifications, and ensure delivery quality.
• Own impact assessments and ensure changes do not disrupt operational processes post-deployment.
• Support problem management and continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery.

Technology Scope

• You will oversee IT tools supporting Make and Deliver operations, including SAP S/4HANA (MM, PP, QM, IM/WM/EWM, LBN, TM) and complementary non-SAP systems such as Transporeon and API Pro.
• You will provide technical oversight, expert insight, and architecture guidance to ensure system integrity and alignment across the end-to-end manufacturing and distribution landscape.

Operations & Leadership

• Provide expert support in resolving escalated operational issues with service partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and simplification (e.g., RPA, DevOps).
• Partner with multi-vendor teams to ensure service quality, efficiency, and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Maintain close collaboration with IT Solution Architects across adjacent domains (Order to Cash, Plan to Forecast, etc.) and the broader Enterprise Architecture team.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

We're looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented architect with deep SAP experience and a passion for driving innovation across global Supply Chain systems.

You should have:

• Experience: 8+ years of IT service delivery and innovation experience in Supply Chain IT, including SAP implementation and support.
• SAP Expertise: Strong track record across SAP Make and Deliver modules (PP/MM/QM/LE/WM/EWM, etc.) and full-cycle project delivery.
• Leadership: Experience managing service delivery via third-party partners or multi-vendor environments.
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of Supply Chain business processes and how they translate into IT operations.
• Project & Vendor Management: Proven ability to hold vendors accountable for quality, scope, and cost while driving operational excellence.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels across IT and business functions.
• Mindset: Collaborative, resilient, and detail-oriented — comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
