Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting decision-making through insightful reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This role will partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across the organization to drive performance visibility, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall financial outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance analyses, including variance explanations and actionable insights.
• Partner with functional leaders to support planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide timely and accurate insights.
• Support long-range financial planning and scenario modeling for corporate strategy and board presentations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Continuously enhance forecasting processes, models, and analytical tools for improved precision and scalability.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
