Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Ansell is looking for a passionate Sr Analyst, FP&A based in Krakow.
As a member of the Ansell Finance team, the Sr. Analyst will be vital responsible for financial analysis support, periodic business results reporting, quarterly and annual planning cycles support, financial reporting systems support and ad-hoc projects. If you have a proven successful experience in Global Company and diversified financial management experience with good understanding of financial statements and business profitability drivers, you might be the next colleague we are looking for  

What will your role be? 

Working in collaboration with our FP&A, R&D, Marketing and HR teams, and reporting to the Manager, FP&A, Sr. Analyst will be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting SG&A expenses, including but not limited to the Research & Development and Marketing:  

• Report monthly SG&A results with variance analysis explaining any changes vs. budget and prior year.

• Consolidate quarterly forecast and summarize key changes, risks, and opportunities.

• Support finance and non-finance stakeholders with business cases – calculate & review product costing, return on investment, provide recommendations, and focus areas for decision making process.

• General costs controlling – monitor costs from accuracy, budget, and accounting perspectives.

• Monitor sales performance for new product developments, perform ad hoc sales and margin analysis when needed.

• Prepare CAPEX budget, monitor actual investments vs. budget.

• Continuous process improvement – pro-actively identify and implement automations and process improvements.

• Other ad hoc tasks in FP&A area.

What will you bring to Ansell? 

• Demonstrated knowledge in financial and managerial accounting

• Expert in using Excel and Powerpoint, working knowledge of Oracle PBCS & FCCS system.

• Proven record of general accounting and controlling principles.

• Know-how to work with senior stakeholders and play a role of Finance Business Partner (including recommendation for decision making process).

• Good communication and multitasking skills with attention to details.

• Result oriented with proactive approach and ability to work with short deadlines.

• Knowledge of BI Tools like Qlikview and Power BI will be an added advantage.

• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus.
