Your Key Responsibilities
Providing support for the Inbound Preference Management process by handling declarations, including requesting documents from suppliers, distributing documents, checking document validity, matching declarations with requests, scanning documents and preparing for archivingAssisting the Outbound Preference Management in issuing long-term supplier declarations and controlling the status of preference changeHandling the Commercial Origin process, including IHK declaration preparation for approval, monitoring origin-related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP-GTS and reporting dataPreparing and participating in operational meetingsPerforming other ad hoc Customs administration tasksCollaborating with the Corporate Customs Europe team on origin-related analyses and projects Your Qualifications
Actively pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Customs, International Business or other related fieldsFluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiencyKnowledge of German is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word)Familiarity with new tools and applications, such as SAP/SAP-GTS, MS Access, TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and learning new tasksStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and focus on detailsProactive with a solution-oriented approach, open to change and dynamic working environmentsStrong problem-solving skills, eager to gain first valuable experience in an international company Our Offer
