Your Key Responsibilities
Assisting in monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely deliverySupporting in preparing and maintaining logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, customs papers).Helping update and manage inventory records in the systemCollaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams in resolving delivery issuesAnalyzing logistics data and preparing reports for performance trackingParticipating in process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiencyPerforming administrative tasks and providing general support to the logistics team Your Qualifications
  • Actively pursuing a degree, ideally/preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administrationor or related fields 
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus
