We are a growing team looking for an Intern, Accounts Receivable
in the
Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wroclaw office.
What You Will Do …
As an Intern, Accounts Receivable, you'll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Finance team with billing, collecting documents, administrative tasks, and similar activities. In this role you will:

• Verificate the transport documents (CMRs) according to the client's guidelines
• Download the transport documents from the company's operational system
• Send the relevant transport documents to the client's system and assigning order-related information to the submitted documents
• Cooperate with other team members in verifying the accuracy of submitted documents, resolving issues, and monitoring the invoicing process.

What We Are Looking For …

• Currently studying Economic, Finance or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple documents
• Good command Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills and native Polish
