We are a growing team looking for a HR Admin Intern/ HR Admin Support Staff in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wroclaw office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a HR Admin Intern/ HR Admin Support Staff, you'll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the HR team and helping bring People team at sennder forward. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency. In this role you will:
Assist in preparing reports, including attendance, overtime, contract status and leave records.Support the HR team in maintaining employee files and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and updating employee databases.Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave requests.Keeping the medical checks up-to date. Support the preparation of HR-related reports and summaries (e.g., headcount, payroll summaries, contract status).Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, document scanning, and correspondence.Support HR team in communication with employeesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Good command Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good organizational and time-management skills.Eagerness to learn HR and payroll practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English communication skills and native Polish.
