Your Key Responsibilities
Filling gaps in personal files and following up with employees Managing documentation in cooperation with external payroll company Controlling data and working time records Cooperating with supervisors and employees in Time Management   Supporting documentation flow for the Employee Capital Fund Preparing other reports on demand Managing the generic HR mailbox  Supporting other HR Administration activities   Your Qualifications
Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Administration, Human resources, or related fields  Fluency in both Polish and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency    Interest in HR Administration and motivation to gain initial, valuable experience within an international company Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)   Excellent customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail   Openness to learning and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAvailability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week Our Offer
