Our HR team is made up of experienced specialists who have been growing together with Sii for years. We operate in a dynamic corporate environment, where every day brings new challenges and specific tasks. With us, you will learn the ins and outs of HR processes in a large organization and learn what professional HR services for employees look like in practice.

We offer a 3-month, full-time paid internship (40 hours per week), carried out stationary in our Wroclaw office with the flexibility to work remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in hard HR and gain solid experience in HR administration.

*Your tasks*

  • Support the team in preparing and handling employee documentation, including contracts, addenda and certificates
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and updating data in HR systems
  • Collaborate with business teams in handling employment processes
  • Prepare reports and summaries on HR data
  • Supporting the day-to-day administrative activities of the department, including but not limited to document circulation and filing

Requirements

  • Full-time availability (40h per week)
  • Studying or graduating from majors such as administration, management, law or HR
  • Interest in hard HR and willingness to grow in HR administration
  • Accuracy, responsibility and good organization of work
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
