Your Key Responsibilities

  • Filling gaps in personal files and following up with employees
  • Managing documentation in cooperation with external payroll company
  • Controlling data and working time records
  • Cooperating with supervisors and employees in Time Management
  • Supporting documentation flow for the Employee Capital Fund
  • Preparing other reports on demand
  • Managing the generic HR mailbox
  • Supporting other HR Administration activities

Your Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Administration, Human resources, or related fields
  • Fluency in both Polish and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Interest in HR Administration and motivation to gain initial, valuable experience within an international company
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Openness to learning and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
