What You'll Be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Invoice Management: Download, verify, and distribute invoices received through the National e-Invoices System to relevant stakeholders.
• International Support: Assist with similar invoice-related activities for another European branch.
• Accuracy & Compliance: make sure invoices are properly checked and aligned with internal procedures before further processing.
• Team Collaboration: Provide support to the Finance team in various ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned
• Reporting Improvements: Contribute to enhancing and streamlining financial reports and processes
• Learning Opportunity: Gain hands‑on experience in financial operations and exposure to international business practices.

You will report to Delivery Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis).

What You Will BRING
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Master's Degree
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
• Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure
• Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
