Junior Systems Analyst
to join our growing team.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • Analyze and model business processes (familiarity with BPMN/UML is a plus).
  • Act as a key liaison between our clients, project managers, and development teams.
  • Support the testing and implementation phases to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements.
  • Participate in a dynamic project environment, working with both Polish and foreign clients.


Core Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Mandatory fluency in Polish (C1/C2/Native)
    for effective communication with our Polish clients and stakeholders.
  • Good command of English (B2+ min.)
    for internal documentation and communication on international projects.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT support) OR a relevant university degree combined with strong internship experience.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.


Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

  • Practical experience with process modeling tools and notations (e.g. BPMN).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
  • A technical background or a degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
