Junior Cybersecurity Analyst
Contract type: full-time | Location: Poland | Working model: remote

We're looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Security Operations team. You'll monitor security events, support incident response, and build your knowledge of Microsoft cloud security tools. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your cybersecurity career in a collaborative, international environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyse security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and 365 Defender tools.
• Perform initial triage of incidents and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Support incident response, documentation, and playbook execution.
• Contribute to developing and updating response workflows and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with global SOC teams and communicate clearly with clients.
• Keep learning and experimenting with new security tools and techniques.

• Basic understanding of cloud, SIEM, and SOAR tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Defender for Cloud Apps).
• Familiarity with Windows Security, Office 365, and threat intelligence concepts.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn autonomously.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• A proactive, responsible attitude and team-oriented mindset.
