Cybersecurity Analyst
Contract type: full-time | Location: Poland | Working model: remote

We're looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our security operations and help clients stay ahead of emerging threats. You'll work with cutting-edge Microsoft security technologies, lead automation efforts, and turn insights into actionable defenses.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud security solutions (SIEM - Azure Sentinel, SOAR, Microsoft 365 Defender).
• Monitor and investigate security alerts, respond to incidents, and improve detection and response processes.
• Use threat intelligence to identify, analyse, and defend against potential risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and ensure effective, transparent security operations.
• Maintain and improve security policies, playbooks, and automation workflows.
• Stay ahead of evolving threats through continuous learning and experimentation.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Knowledge of cloud, SIEM, SOAR, and automation tools.
• Understanding of Windows security, networking, and Office 365 environments.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Curiosity, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning and delivery.
