Product Expert (B2C)

  • Manage digital security products and be fully accountable for key business KPIs: value, volume, margin, and attachment rate
  • Develop and execute the product strategy, including Go-to-Market plans
  • Build and manage both the product and commercial roadmap, introducing new products in cooperation with external partners and across group-level projects
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience related to assigned products (CEX + DEX)
  • Monitor sales and margin performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions
  • Track market trends and technological trends related to assigned products
  • Work closely with IT, analytics, finance, sales, and legal teams to deliver results
what do you bring?
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
  • Experience in digital security products or in telecommunication will be additional advantage
  • Proven experience in working with and managing external partners
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written, at least B2–C1 level)
  • Confident in preparing and presenting product presentations in English
  • A proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset

We are looking for an Expert to join our B2C Beyond the Core team, who will take responsibility for product development and lead initiatives supporting the implementation of new solutions.

This role combines a strategic perspective on the offer with a strong user-oriented approach and an openness to evolving market trends – particularly in the area of enhancing our customers' digital security.

You will work closely with key departments within the organization (offer, sales, communication, operations) and with specialists across the DT Group, coordinating the development and implementation of changes and new functionalities.
