Group Internal Communication Senior Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish a variety of internal communication materials, including newsletters, articles, intranet posts, email announcements, presentations, and leadership messages - always with a creative and engaging tone that reflects our Group identity.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal communication plans aligned with Group priorities, including maintaining the Group-wide communication calendar. Contribute both strategic input and hands-on delivery, bringing fresh ideas and innovative formats to enhance storytelling and employee engagement.
  • Oversee and regularly update Group internal communication platforms, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and engaging for employees across different countries and cultures.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys, analytics, and other tools. Monitor communication effectiveness and help identify improvement opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
  • Build partnerships with local communication teams across European markets. Share materials, exchange best practices, and coordinate initiatives so that our messaging remains aligned, relevant, and impactful. Support the consistent application of group internal communication principles and standards, providing guidance and collaborative oversight that helps teams deliver clear and engaging communication across all markets.
  • Work closely with central departments to ensure consistent and coherent messaging across the organization. Act as a creative partner in shaping communication around key business initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and practical support to managers and senior leaders to help them communicate effectively with their teams and deliver key messages with clarity and impact.

Our Expectations:

  • Has about 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communication, ideally in an international environment
  • Writes with clarity, creativity, and purpose
  • Is fluent in English (C1 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to craft clear and engaging communication
  • Understands how to plan communication strategically and execute it with precision
  • Is confident in creating multimedia content (video, presentations, posts) and experimenting with new formats
  • Builds relationships easily and collaborates across cultures and functions
  • Is proactive, independent, and eager to shape communication from the ground up
  • Has a natural curiosity and passion for employee engagement and storytelling
  • Bonus: experience with visual tools (e.g. Canva, Figma)
