Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Łódzkie

Mazowieckie

Kujawsko-Pomorskie

Warmińsko-Mazurskie

Role Summary:

  • Strategically manage key accounts in the poultry industry

  • Drive sales growth, market share, and long-term partnerships.

  • Field-based role with daily customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-functional teams.

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

  • Lead workshops, presentations, and symposia.

  • Prepare and conduct impactful customer meetings.

  • Promote our company's products by aligning solutions with customer needs.

  • Secure customer commitment and drive product adoptio.

What skills you will need:

  • Degree in Veterinary Science is preferred

  • Field sales experience in Animal Health is an advantage

  • In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry is an advantage

  • Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Willingness to travel and work independently.

  • Drive license cat. A
